I'm your everyday, ordinary Chinese girl-next-door, hailing from a country split into two parts by the South China Sea - Malaysia. I live on the left part - the Peninsula... On the little island up north called Penang. Once called Pearl of the Orient because of our beaches, now we inhabitants are more familiar with "Pearl of the Rubbish Dump", also because of our beaches... Only that now they're increasingly rubbish-infested. -_-"
Okay. Enough about geography, and about my country because I'm not that patriotic.
About ME now. 
You can call me Sam. (: I'm 20 as of 2008, currently studying (not that hard, sadly) at the University of Melbourne in Australia. My dream is to become a travel journalist so that I can roam the many countries I'd like to visit... Or a celebrity journalist isn't bad either, so that I can get up-close and personal with my [Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese, Hong Kong, American, Australian, European] idols. O_o Yes now you know why I wanna travel. xD
Some random facts about me:
· I'm bad at directions. Put me in a busy city and I'll get lost any day.
· I love hot chocolate, little dogs and stars on a clear night sky.
· I don't have a short attention span but I have a small memory bank. Which one is worse?!
· Latest 'adventure': Baking! (My first attempt was a disaster - I confused baking powder for baking soda. *hides*)
· Biggest fear: Ticklish, noisy insects with wings. I'll f.r.e.a.k out.
You'll find that I don't update my LJ very often, maybe once a week or twice (or even less when RL gets in the way) if I've got something interesting to share. I'm new in the blogging network (yes I'm old-fashioned that way =P) so I'm still learning my way around LJ. You'll mostly find me lurking in the comments section of fellow fangirling LJ's. xD
