OMG How many months has it been? Gahhh, almost 4 months! I hope I haven't been forgotten, or at least this LJ hasn't been forgotten. O_o Guess I'll know in the comments. *hint hint* (:

So before talking about myself which I bet I'll start getting long-winded, let's cut to the main attraction of this post... TA-DA, Yamapi's graduation from Meiji University!

Okay, so now here's the boring part about me...

So how have I been during my unannounced LJ hiatus... Oh and it's unannounced because it wasn't planned! I swear I've thought along the lines of "Okay I'm gonna post on LJ tonight/tomorrow/today" but somehow it just never gets done... Until today. 

I've been dedicating whatever little time I had for fangirling to Project Code Blue, which was really fun! I wish I could've contributed more to it too, but RL in general has been eating up a lot of my time - uni, friends, family and all.

Hisashiburi... I've been pretty much busy these few weeks because the uni semester is coming to an end and there are loads of essays and exams due. Ahhh~ But I still find time to catch up with the dramas and NEWS updates what-not... *sheepish* But that's it - that leaves me zero time to fangirl like there's no tomorrow on DA and LJ too. Sigh

But I've specially decided to stay up a bit later (on this super-cold, super-foggy night) to introduce some new music. And nope it isn't our usual J-pop stuff... This is traditional folk music and pop fusion. I was introduced to it by a friend who's learning to play the koto. And whoa, when I gave it a listen... I was amazed.  You'd have to listen to it for yourself first to judge. xD  I promise it won't be a waste of your time. Their music gave me the chills - and that's a sign of really good music.   The traditional instruments used are the koto, shakuhachi and biwa.  Douzo~ Rin' desu.

Hi minna!! Are you all enjoying the SUMMER TIME single? I love love love SUMMER TIME but I'm kinda disappointed with the other songs... Maybe they'll grow on me I guess. O_O And let's all pray that NEWS will be hosting a TV show by this year ne?

Anyways, it's Friday and it's my PS-productive day! It's my free day of the week (no classes at uni, yay!) and I tend to use this extra time to mess around on PS. So here they are, as promised... More wallpapers!

Introducing a new topic in my LJ - anime. Remind me to add 'anime' to my blurb at the side there. xD And nope, my first post on anime won't be just about any anime... Consider this the epitome, the legend behind the anime industry: Neon Genesis Evangelion (NGE), originally released in the mid-90's that created a huge hoo-ha among anime fans. I won't be going into detail about its glorious (I'm not exaggerating!) history, do read about it here if you're interested though.
Sorry... I'm kinda rushing against time as it's late now and I should be in bed because I plan to get up early to make some yummy Japanese custard pudding, a recipe I got from zephyris87  (Thanks zephy!).
Okay, am getting off-topic there. *cough* Anyway.

Yep. I just got to know my friend-slash-enemy, Photoshop, just a little better tonight. And it was in a good mood too, it didn't lag... Three hours toiling and tweaking, trying out different effects sure takes a lot of patience... And endurance on my part, because I'm crazy enough to sacrifice precious sleep and homework time for it. Last night I only had three hours in bed (maybe even less, from waking up occasionally to the noisy traffic outside) and it was a full day at uni.

Ma~ Let's just say TomaPi twists my brain into something else and makes me do crazy things. Okay, "get to the point already" right? LOL RIGHT. For using up the time that was originally planned for watching the subbed ep3 of Last Friends and for some shut-eye: My first-ever self-created wallpaper! All for you girls to use.
